Lance Preston and the crew of "Grave Encounters", a phantom-hunting reality television show, are shooting every episode inside the abandoned Collingwood Psychiatric Hospital, to which place unexplained phenomena has been reported instead of years. All in the name of humane television, they voluntarily lock themselves inner the building for the night and take rise a paranormal investigation, capturing everything forward camera. They quickly realize that the erection is more than just haunted - it is in existence - and it has no intention of to the end of time letting them leave. They find themselves abstracted in a labyrinth maze of without end hallways and corridors, terrorized by the ghosts of the prior patients.
